- All the members of my Team who live locally benefited from the project and reinvested monies into the local economy.
- Local contractors were included and benefited from the project.
- The neighbors are thankful and encouraged to see a home being renovated and their neighborhood improved.
- The city will continue to receive tax revenue on a home that very easily could have gone the other direction.
- These neighborhoods need the momentum that good investors and landlords like us add to the community.
In short, we made the world a better place one property at a time and we are proud of that!
