Maybe you have a few questions. That’s okay; most people do. So here’s a collection of some of the questions people ask us… along with our answers. If you still have a question, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to answer it for you. 

Q:  Where are you located?

A:  We are located and based in Flint, Michigan.  We live, work and invest within our community and within the state of Michigan.  We have a 20 year track record of caring for our clientele and their families.

Q:  What do you do?

A:  We like to consider ourselves real estate “PAINKILLERS”!  We seek to provide options for difficult real estate situations.  We do a lot of things but most importantly, our main objective is to provide reassurance and security for you and your family’s future.  We provide housing solutions for those who might not otherwise qualify.

Q:  Who do you work with?

A:  Typically, we work with people who have a financial, situational, or real estate pain. They need to move, get out from under a mortgage, get rid of a problem property, or just need cash for a myriad of reasons.

Q:  Why do people work with you?

A:  We remove the hassle and aggravation from the traditional sale of your home. We provide options and opportunities to those that need a fast and easy solution to get out from under a home in its current condition no matter the market conditions.  Now during our COVID era, we are facing a recession with uncertainty and people need additional options.

Q:  I’m going to lose my house, what can you do?

A:  Take advantage of our Shelter in Hope Program!  We do not want you to lose your home and will take on the responsibility to help you STAY! If you find yourself in foreclosure, please act immediately and contact us.  Don’t wait too long and put yourself in a worse position!

Q:  What COVID-19 health and safety measures do you take?

A:  We will follow all CDC Guidelines including wearing face masks, social distancing, wearing gloves and all safety measures!  Technology allows the convenience of keeping you in the home safe without having to leave!  We can also provide options with the title company to assist you by having the closing take place in an open area such as a parking lot, your garage or front yard!

Q:  This is such a chaotic time, how can I wrap my head around making such a big decision?

A:  We are in unprecedented times and no one has all the answers! We will work tirelessly for you and provide options to help you regain control. We want to be able to assist you in making an informed decision to move you and your family forward with certainty.  We do not use any pushy sales tactics.  Please ask the questions you need and we will provide you with the answers!

Q:  I don’t have any moving help, what do I do?

A:  Do you need some extra hands to haul some furniture or making arrangements?  Moving can be stressful and we do not expect you to make it squeaky clean!  We are here to help….with a little ibuprofen!

Q:  How do you help the communities you buy in?

A:  We love this question!  As Investors, we add significant value to the property, surrounding homes, community and make home-ownership possible!  We support our local economy by hiring local contractors and local vendors.  We are always looking for ways to improve our communities and provide opportunities to help people.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

A:  Our no-obligation pricing commitment means that you do not have to move forward with the offer we provide.  We take on all the risk, costs, fees and current condition of the home.  Unlike real estate brokerages, you are not required to assist with making the home suitable for someone else and pay for the conveniences.  We want to offer a fair and honest win-win price!  We will take into consideration the current market and condition of the home to base the value. It is never our intention to insult a homeowner.  We provide convenience and value in our services gauging our own risks. If our fair price does not work for you, we part as friends.

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?

A:  Check out this article to learn more about selling with a real estate brokerage vs us!  Since we do not list homes for you, we provide the convenience of you not having to deal with uncertain buyers, lending issues, inspections with repair costs, low appraisals, time frame waiting to sell, commissions, contract fees, and an unknown market.  Real Estate Agents and Realtors do provide a great service to those that can wait 6 to 12 months to sell with THE HOPE OF A large profit to meet the costs.  We buy with cash, pay all the commissions, fees and do so in a matter of days….not weeks or months!

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

A:  ZERO OBLIGATION to you!  We will call you to find out a bit more about your situation to see how we can offer our assistance and be fair in our offer.  We will follow up and allow you time to base your decision.  You are in 100% control to decide what is right for you and your family.  We will never hassle or harass you.  We treat those the way we want to be treated…with dignity and the utmost respect!
